Once judges are made accountable to the People, we will see a "trickle up" effect where first the local judges will become better behaved, then it will spread to federal judges (because they are picked from ranks of state judges, and if we weed out the bad state judges, the pool from which federal judges are chosen improves) and eventually to the Supreme Court!

Once J4J is enacted in a number of states and becomes a line of dominos, it will eventually be enacted to apply to federal judges as well.

Meanwhile, flooding the governors with outrage emails isn't going to have a great deal of effect.
